Midtown Builders LLC is a fully insured, bonded and certified general contractor. Established in 2000, Cornell Construction had specialized in all aspects of residential construction and decorative concrete. Starting in Feb. 2007, Cornell Construction moved home, bringing an emphasis of "Green Building" with it to the St. Louis area as Midtown Builders LLC.

Midtown Builders LLC is owned and operated by Kurt Cornell and David Thomas, who bring to you over 20 years of quality construction experience. Their experience in custom home building has encompassed every phase of the building process. Kurt and Dave assure the best quality through their personal involvement of all on-the-job operations.
